Role & responsibilities Conduct physical, psycho-social, discipline specific and impairment-based assessments to determine required therapeutic interventions Communicate the assessment results, therapy plans, goals and outcome measures to clients and other relevant stakeholders. Communicate the intervention plans, outcome measures, progress and discharge criteria to clients and relevant stakeholders Document results of case history taking, assessment results, therapy plans, interventions, goals and outcome measures. Empower clients and caregivers on methods to enhance health, mobility and function. Identify preventive and corrective care measures. Identify safety risks and issues. Maintain inventories of all equipment and resource materials required for therapy services. Monitor individual performance indicators. Participate in continuous professional development. Participate in research and/or quality improvement initiatives. Participate in research projects to contribute to evidence-based practice guidelines. Deliver training Prescribe assistive devices and equipment according to clients' needs. Provide clients and caregivers with education and training in self-management. Report client incidents to supervisors. Select appropriate and specific outcome measures to enable evaluation of therapy progress and outcome Preferred candidate profile Educational qualification- BPT or MPT Minimum experience of 2 years Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians and hospital staff. Basic computer skills. Professional, friendly attitude.
