Manual Testing QA

As a Manual Quality Assurance Engineer with 2-4 years of experience, your role will involve a mix of manual testing with an analytical and debugging focus. You will also be required to utilize some scripting and tooling in your daily tasks. Your responsibilities will include the following: - **Test Strategy & Design** - Create test plans based on real-world user scenarios and edge cases. - Execute functional, usability, and performance tests on both frontend and backend. - Focus on manual testing while also incorporating strategic and scenario-based approaches. - **Issue Reproduction & Debugging** - Recreate field bugs, analyze logs, and narrow down the source of issues. - Utilize a deep debugging skillset and think like a developer by performing logic tracing and root cause analysis. - **Root-Cause Collaboration** - Collaborate with engineers to identify and resolve issues. - Prioritize bugs based on their impact, demonstrating involvement in the development and release lifecycle. - **Reporting & Communication** - Summarize findings, contribute to dashboards, and assist in issue triage. - Strong communication and analytical documentation skills are essential for this role. - **Process & Governance** - Maintain test environments, mocks, and secrets. - Implement shift-left testing, emphasizing quality assurance early in the development cycle. - Contribute to improving QA processes and sharing retrospective learnings. Additionally, it would be nice to have familiarity with Low-code platforms, scripting skills for log/metric parsing or internal tooling, and knowledge of statistical analysis for tasks like performance testing or issue tracking. These skills are not mandatory but would be beneficial for the role. This role is based in Bengaluru and requires immediate joiners who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, low-documentation environment. You should be a strong manual QA professional with excellent debugging skills, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with engineering and product teams.,
