Position: QA Manual Tester Trainee

Job Location: Indore Only

Experience: At least 6 Months

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define test objectives.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on functional specifications and user stories.
• Execute manual test cases to verify software functionality, usability, and performance.
• Adhere to established quality assurance processes and standards, and contribute to their continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, testing methodologies, and emerging technologies.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve testing processes, tools, and techniques within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in manual software testing, preferably in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
• Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• ISTQB certification or other relevant certifications (optional, but desirable).
• Experience with automated testing tools and techniques (optional, but a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
