Perform end-to-end testing of SFCC implementations, including user flows, checkout, integrations, and performance.
Access and navigate
Business Manager (QA enviroment)
to:

Configure and test
promotions, coupons, and campaign rules
.
Manage
catalogs, products, pricing, and merchandising settings
Monitor
orders, customer data, and reporting tools

Collaborate with FE/BE developers to identify, report, and resolve bugs.
Write and maintain detailed test cases based on functional requirements.
Conduct regression, cross-browser, and mobile testing.
Validate integrations with third-party systems (ERP, CRM, Payment Gateways).
Document test results and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders.

What we expect :

6 to 8 years of exp, minimum 23 years of experience testing on
Salesforce Commerce Cloud
.
Solid understanding of
Business Manager
and its configuration capabilities.
Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and test management platforms (e.g., Zephir).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Good to have :

Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestCaf).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
SFCC certification
