Key Responsibilities: Understand product requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Execute manual test cases to identify defects and ensure product quality. Perform functional, UI, regression, and exploratory testing across web and mobile applications. Report and track defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to improve testing processes. Identify areas for automation and work with automation engineers to enhance test coverage. Ensure that software releases meet the highest quality standards before deployment. Key Skills & Experience: 3-4 years of experience in manual testing (web and mobile applications). Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.

Design, develop,execute manual & automated test cases for web-based Java applications. Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA. Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure high-quality software releases. Required Candidate profile Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in manual and automation testing. Deliverables and Tasks: 1. Evangelist of Quality assurance best practices, analysing the need and implementing such standards in the environment 2. Strong problem-solving mindset: keep quality on top while considering the projects strict timelines; 3. Capable of working in an ever-changing environment; 4. Be clear, accurate and regular when reporting through KPIs to the management / stakeholders. 5. Understand/review functional specification document being the first customer of our software. 6. Apply business and application knowledge to write test plans, strategies, test cases and work with development team and/or relevant stakeholders to resolve any conflicts. 7. Making sure that test case repositories, testing artifacts, configuration matrices across different products are always reflecting the as-is status of the application. 8. Arrange and participate in retrospective meetings and update test artifacts accordingly. 9. Collaborate and work with different stakeholders to brainstorm Improvements and enhancement suggestions for the future sprints. 10. Work with the team to identify, implement and continuously improve automation framework to keep up with business goals and technological advancements. 11. Collaborate with the development or the relevant next level team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. 12. Participate in sprint planning, Go/No Go meetings with Product & Dev team and being accountable for test planning and sign offs. 13. Performing Functional testing on Desktop, Web, Mobile application and APIs. 14. Prepare and maintain test bed. 15. Perform exploratory or Test Case driven regression on client environments. 16. Perform root cause analysis of production defects and work with relevant stakeholders to plan the patch release, if needed. 17. Ensuring that knowledge is not sitting in pockets and rather evenly spread: a. Arrange internal training and brainstorming sessions to bridge the knowledge gap and discuss improvement proposals. b. Maintain centralized strong knowledge repository

Role & responsibilities Job Description This Role requires Manual Tester to be good at Zuora Billing operations The person must have 3-4 years of Zuora Testing experience to support day-to-day queries and analysis from business, finance, dev, QA, and other stakeholders. Must have good communication skills. Must have worked on integrations around Zuora with Salesforce, Zuora APIs, NetSuite, Payment Gateways, and Avalara. Hands-on Zuora workflow experience is required to automate new workflows and enhance the existing ones. Good understanding of Zuora platform, Zuora Admin, Zuora objects, and APIs. Project Sites - Perform performance testing for load time and responsiveness. - Conduct functional testing of all links, forms, and content. - Verify mobile responsiveness and browser compatibility. - Test lead form submissions and ensure proper data flow to SFDC. Documentation - Maintain test case documentation for all functionality and platforms. - Update test execution reports after each testing cycle. - Document known issues, edge cases, and bug resolution steps. - Ensure version tracking for test scripts and test data changes. Ticket Management - Create detailed bug/issue tickets in Jira with proper severity and reproduction steps. - Link related test cases or screenshots to support issue clarity. - Assign or tag appropriate developers or team leads for resolution. - Track ticket status and perform closure testing once resolved.
