eGrove Systems is hiring Manual tester

Location: Chennai/Madurai

Experience: 3+ Years

Office Timing - 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Notice Period - Immediate to 15days

• Testing & Quality Assurance:
• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases based on business and functional requirements.
• Conduct regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the software meets business objectives.
• Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring they are addressed before release.
• Validate that the software delivers the required functionality as per the business requirements and user stories.
• Continuously evaluate testing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Requirements Analysis & Documentation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and develop business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Analyze and translate business needs into clear, actionable test cases, acceptance criteria, and test plans.
• Participate in requirements review sessions and ensure that the technical team understands the business context.
• Provide input on product design and user experience based on business knowledge and testing insights.
• Prepare detailed test summaries and reports, ensuring transparency on the test coverage, progress, and quality metrics.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
