Description
As a Staff Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer at EY, you will play a crucial role in driving product quality and continuous improvement within testing processes. With a maximum of 5 years of experience in both Manual and Automated testing, you will be responsible for actively participating in requirement analysis, designing comprehensive Test Scenarios, and executing Manual and Automated test cases. Your expertise in Selenium and Playwright will be key in developing robust automation scripts and ensuring the quality of the final product. Key Responsibilities: - Actively participate in requirement analysis and collaborate with product and development teams. - Design comprehensive Test Scenarios and detailed Test Cases with complete traceability to initial requirements. - Execute Manual and Automated test cases, utilizing expertise in Selenium and Playwright. - Identify, categorize, and report defects/bugs accurately, providing clear steps to reproduce. - Manage and own QA deliverables, striving to raise the standards of QA processes within the team. - Monitor project progress and quality, proactively managing hindrances to ensure high-quality deliverables. Required Qualifications and Skills: - Around 5 years of experience in QA software testing within project-based environments. - Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining robust test automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright. - Proficiency in REST/SOAP API testing, SQL queries, testing Mobile and Web applications, and various testing types. - Operational experience within Agile/SCRUM, knowledge of SAFe is a plus. - Familiarity with Test Management tools and working within the Software Development Life Cycle. - Excellent communication, collaboration, rational analysis, and logical thinking skills. - Strong interpersonal skills, work ethic, and commitment to continuous learning in software testing best practices.
