In this role, you will be responsible for supporting individuals who are trying to leverage and set up their AI Agents and automation with n8n, Zapier or make.com. Responsibilities : Design custom automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, and Make.com, tailored to client-specific business needs. Integrate third-party APIs and SaaS tools to automate and streamline manual processes. Connect AI services and LLMs (like OpenAI, Cohere) to build intelligent automations. Set up trigger-based workflows across CRMs, ERPs, marketing tools, databases, and internal systems. Collaborate closely with customers and product teams to translate automation requirements into effective solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest features, integrations, and community plugins across n8n, Zapier, and Make.com to drive innovation. Requirements : Proven experience designing and implementing automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, and Make.com. Hands-on expertise in integrating APIs and connecting third-party applications. Ability to use LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Cohere) for tasks such as summarization, data extraction, and decision logic. Familiarity with building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases like Pinecone, ChromaDB, or Weaviate. Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for developing custom logic, nodes, or connectors. Experience working with GenAI agents or building automation flows powered by large language models (LLMs).
