We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive with hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks along with general office administration. This is a dual-role position, requiring both financial and administrative efficiency. Key Responsibilities Accounting (Tally) Manage daily accounting entries in Tally (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal, contra). Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile vendor/customer accounts. Prepare GST-related entries, TDS deductions, and assist with return filings. Maintain petty cash records and expenses tracking. Generate financial reports: trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, as required. Support in audit preparations and maintain backup of Tally data. Administrative Handle day-to-day office operations including vendor coordination, stationery management, courier, etc. Manage employee attendance records and basic HR paperwork. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–4 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles. Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime is mandatory. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance. Good MS Excel skills (for reports and record keeping). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications B.Com / M.Com / BBA or any equivalent degree. Experience working in a similar dual-role (accounts + admin).
