Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment during all cleaning activities. Ensure all assigned areas are kept organized and stocked with necessary supplies. Requirements Proven experience in janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance roles preferred. Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and industrial cleaning methods. Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as buffers and floor polishers safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders if necessary. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Experience in residential painting or industrial cleaning is a plus but not required. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
