Therefore, the candidate must be willing to shoulder responsibilities, show initiative and must respect timelines. The candidate will be responsible for various things such as- Responsibilities Book Shipments Track Shipments & Returns Coordinating Deliveries with Shipping Partners & Customers Co-ordinate raw material purchase Answer customer queries Assist in packaging and dispatch Print and Handover new orders to production team Track manufacturing lifecycle for every order to ensure timely production Make Sales Orders Data Entry Responsibilities Record Attendance Record Employee Production Record Workshop Production Record Oursourced work - printing and dying Record Expenses Inventory & Platform Management Responsibilities Manage Inventory on Shopify Qualifications Proficient with English 2+ years of experience in a similar role with an apparel business Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Shopify, Zoho Books, & Google Sheets Strong organizational and communication skills Strong ability to multitask Comfort working with multiple groups within business
