As an HR Recruiter specializing in bulk hiring for frontline roles such as customer support and sales, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process efficiently. Your primary duties will include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, ensuring timely closures, and maintaining smooth onboarding processes. To excel in this role, you must possess at least 2 years of experience in corporate bulk hiring, with a specific focus on frontline profiles. Previous experience in working with vendors and manpower suppliers is crucial. Excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the recruitment process are also essential for success in this position. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Sector 18, Gurgaon. The benefits package includes a flexible schedule, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, with day shifts.
