Who You Are 15+ years in hands-on, high-pressure manufacturing roles Held senior production positions in companies with 100–200 Cr+ annual turnover Preferably experienced in furniture, fixtures, POS displays, or similar industries Naturally inclined to solve problems, manage chaos, and get things done Comfortable with targets, timelines, and trade-offs — without compromising on quality You lead from the front, and your team respects that What You’ll Be Driving End-to-end production planning — from order intake to dispatch Floor execution that’s lean, fast, and deadline-driven Cross-functional coordination with sales, purchase, and prototyping teams Setting up and refining SOPs that scale under pressure Keeping a pulse on TATs, OTIFs, material movement, WIP, and capacity planning Leading the floor like it’s a mission — because it is Why Join Us?
