What a typical day looks like: Coordinate and support the deployment of global systems at multiple sites, ensuring smooth project management, proactive site readiness, timely issue escalation, and dependable post-launch support as needed. Collaborate effectively with operations teams and technical stakeholders to gather user inputs, develop clear business concepts, prepare detailed requirement documents, and drive deliverables through the full development lifecycle from intake to production deployment. Take ownership of creating, reviewing, and executing test cases, performing feature validation, and supporting user acceptance testing to secure successful, high-quality releases. Develop, maintain, and enforce process standards, guidelines, and policies to uphold consistency and compliance across all supported sites. Prepare clear, well-structured training materials and deliver engaging sessions to ensure site teams confidently adopt new processes, system features, and performance metrics. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project trackers, reports, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed on status, risks, and site readiness. Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for assigned projects, ensuring effective planning, timely updates, clear progress tracking, and prompt issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. Leverage sound knowledge of industrial engineering principles, TPM concepts for downtime, and LEAN techniques to guide discussions, shape requirements, and ensure practical, efficient solutions that fit real-world shopfloor needs. Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented work style, contributing individually while working closely with teams across time zones as needed to support global stakeholders and ensure project goals are met. The experience we're looking to add to the team: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and practical experience. Typically requires 6+ years of hands-on experience in operations, with exposure to operations management; experience in global or regional roles, including global deployments or implementations, is preferred. Strong ability to think strategically, analyze complex problems, collect and interpret data, and draw sound conclusions. Working knowledge of Industrial Engineering fundamentals such as work measurement, cycle time analysis, basic MOST/PMTS, layout design, line balancing, material flow, capacity and manpower calculations, and process improvement methods like Kaizen, Kanban, Poka-yoke, SMED, etc. Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
