We are looking for a self-motivated and self-driven MICE Sales Manager who is passionate about the travel industry and has a proven track record in sales and execution. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to generate new business, build and maintain client relationships, and lead their team to achieve outstanding results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions. Oversee the execution of MICE events, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction. Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Requirements: Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in MICE sales or a related field. Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage client relationships effectively. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Salary: No bar and negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
