We are looking for a dedicated and well-organized Female Office Assistant with a background in commerce and practical knowledge of Tally software. The ideal candidate must possess good communication skills, basic office management knowledge, and a willingness to travel outside Jaipur as and when required. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks in the office. Maintain financial records and data entry using Tally ERP . Handle invoicing, billing, and petty cash management. Assist in scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining documentation. Support travel planning and logistics when traveling outside Jaipur. Respond to phone calls, emails, and visitor queries professionally. Required Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent). Technical Skills: Proficient in Tally ERP software . Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication in Hindi and English. Professional attitude and customer-centric approach. Other Requirements: Gender: Female candidates only. Location Flexibility: Must be willing to travel outside Jaipur for short business visits.
