Key Responsibilities Support senior architects and project managers in design coordination. Assist in preparing drawings, layouts, and design presentations for ongoing projects. Work on municipal drawings, approvals, and compliance as per UDCPR / local development control regulations . Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape) for project integration. Prepare 3D models, renders, and conceptual visualizations for management review. Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during execution. Maintain project documentation, design records, and reports. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch) from a recognized institution. 0–1 years of professional experience (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of DCR, UDCPR, and real estate compliance processes preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, developer-driven environment.
