*Job Title:* Admission Counselor *Reports to:* Director of Admissions *Location:* Mangalmay Group of Institutions, Greater Noida *Job Summary:* We are seeking a highly motivated and student-focused Admission Counselor to join our team. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for advising and guiding prospective students through the admission process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a commitment to student success. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Admissions Guidance*: Provide expert advice and guidance to prospective students on admission requirements, application procedures, and academic programs. 2. *Application Support*: Assist students with the application process, ensuring timely submission of materials and accurate completion of forms. 3. *Relationship Building*: Foster relationships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to identify and support prospective students. 4. *Information Sessions*: Conduct information sessions, workshops, and presentations to prospective students and families. 5. *Data Management*: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students, tracking application progress and yield. 6. *Collaboration*: Work closely with faculty, staff, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and student support. *Requirements:* - Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with student information systems and CRM software *Preferred Qualifications:* - Experience in admissions, counseling, or teaching - Knowledge of higher education trends and best practices - Certification in college counseling or admissions (e.g., NACAC) If you're passionate about education and enjoy working with students, we'd love to hear from you!
