Role & responsibilities : You will be responsible for the smooth operation of an organization's network. This includes tasks like planning, installing, configuring, maintaining, and securing the network infrastructure. You are required to ensure that the network meets the organization's needs and troubleshoot any issues that arise. You may also require to be involved in managing servers and ensuring their optimal performance. The role requires both technical skills and soft skills for effective network management. AS a Network and computer systems administrator you are supposed to install, configure, and maintain organizations local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), data communication networks, operating system, and servers Preferred candidate profile Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in desktop support, IT helpdesk, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, mac OS, Linux). Strong interpersonal and communication skills to assist non-technical users. Certifications like A+, Microsoft Certified, CCNA.
