The role will also involve providing information about company offerings and services, as well as resolving any communication barriers with professionalism and clarity. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, including clear speaking ability and active listening skills Proficiency in customer service etiquette, with a professional approach to addressing concerns and inquiries Multitasking abilities to manage several calls and data inputs simultaneously Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers Familiarity with basic computer systems and call logging software is an advantage Attention to detail for maintaining thorough and accurate call records Prior experience in roles involving direct communication with customers, though not mandatory A high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is preferred
