Managing Principal Consultant - Core Banking

As an entry-level management position at Oracle, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work products on customer engagements while overseeing a small team of consultants. Your role will require a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes, and technology designs within a product/technology family. In this position, you will perform a variety of complex duties that demand independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology effectively for meeting customer needs. You will apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices to provide functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Additionally, you may lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements to ensure the delivery of high-quality, integrated software solutions within time and budget constraints. Your expertise will involve consulting with management of customer organizations and participating in business development activities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring that operational policies are followed and business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements. Your role will involve managing operational metrics and overall business results for your area of responsibility. Providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop the skills of team members will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Typically, you will manage individual contributors while demonstrating expertise in multiple business processes within a product family or technology solutions architect and design expertise for a technology product with an understanding of cross-stack impacts.
