You will be joining our factory team as a skilled and proactive Merchandiser specializing in Shirts. Your main responsibilities will include managing shirt orders from start to finish, coordinating with various teams for timely delivery, and overseeing day-to-day merchandising tasks in a garment manufacturing setting. Your key responsibilities will involve overseeing the entire process of shirt orders, working closely with buyers, production, and sampling teams to ensure on-time delivery, and having a strong grasp of shirt construction, fabrics, trims, and fit. You will be responsible for maintaining production timelines, tracking Work in Progress (WIP), and keeping all stakeholders updated. Additionally, you will need to follow up on fabric and trims procurement to ensure availability as per schedule, monitor quality standards, and effectively communicate buyer requirements. You will also be in charge of preparing and maintaining a Time & Action (TNA) calendar, handling buyer communications and approvals, and resolving production issues in a timely manner. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in garment merchandising with a specialization in shirts, preferably in casual, formal, or shirt-heavy brands. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with a good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and trims. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data management is required, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced factory environment is crucial.,
