**Job Description:** As the Managing Director for gTech Ads Solutions, you will lead a dedicated team of technical experts in building scaled technical solutions for customers across Large Customer Solutions (LCS) and Google Customer Solutions (GCS) to adopt Google Media. Your role involves driving engineering best practices, compliance, and robust coding quality controls for global customer solutions engineering teams. You are responsible for providing technical direction to the gTech Ads Solutions organization and leading critical teams globally with distinct remits. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage, inspire, and grow a diverse and cross-functional team with passion, action orientation, and clear shared goals. Develop the team for individual and collective wins. - Understand and advocate for initiatives across gTech Ads to produce actionable, results-oriented strategies for solving complex business problems. - Build deep stakeholder relationships internally and externally across the rest of gTech and other Google teams. - Serve as a senior technical leader and collaborative thought partner, overseeing the central technical excellence function to ensure tech compliance at scale. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 15 years of experience managing technical services and operations, with 12 years of people management experience leading regional/global teams. - Experience leading technical teams in a people manager/team lead/tech lead and technical customer-facing capacity. - Experience working with cloud or enterprise-grade systems architecture and design, including aspects related to security and data governance for technical teams. - Experience leading teams through changes.,
