Job Description: KNK Ship Management is a leading marine service provider in India, authorized by D.G Shipping with an RPSL license. We specialize in managing a fleet of over 40 tugs for the Adani Group and 10 tugs under our ownership. Our services encompass a wide range of marine operations such as dredging, harbor towage, pilotage, mooring, and various other marine services at multiple ports in India. Furthermore, our offshore division handles diverse projects, including emergency towing and rescue towage operations. We take pride in our in-house training facility approved by DG Shipping, which is dedicated to enhancing the skills and safety of Indian seafarers. As a NWKO - Chief Officer/2nd Officer at KNK Ship Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of deck operations, maintaining the vessel's safety and security, and supervising the ship's crew. Your responsibilities will involve navigating the vessel, conducting inspections, keeping detailed logs, and ensuring strict adherence to maritime regulations. Active involvement in cargo operations, emergency preparedness, and participation in drills and training exercises will be key aspects of this role. Qualifications: - Possession of an NWKO certification - Demonstrated expertise in deck operations, navigation, and crew management - Profound knowledge of maritime regulations and safety protocols - Capability to excel in an on-site position based in Mumbai - A Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or a relevant field is desirable for this role.,
