Your responsibilities will include overseeing 3 shifts" breakdown activities, maintenance activities, preventive maintenance planning, and machine health monitoring to increase Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF). It is essential to analyze machine interruptions scientifically, ensure availability of machine spare parts, and proactively plan for critical spares. Additionally, you will work on energy-saving projects, maintain machinery and equipment in running condition with zero loss time, support productivity improvement measures, and participate in excellence drives like FFQ/MOVE/SPS. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 6-15 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the engineering industry with exposure to handling CNC machines. Critical competencies include manpower management skills, cost consciousness, knowledge of electrical machines/switchgear/protection systems, safety and environment standards, PLC program/VFD/HMI skills, and familiarity with SAP, IATF/ISO, EMS, OHSAS, 5S & TPM standards. Knowledge of furnace-heat treatment processes will be an added advantage for this position.
