Manager/Sr.Manager - Partner Onboarding

As a Manager/Sr. Manager in the Partner Onboarding department at Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company in Cochin, you will play a crucial role in integrating insurance distribution partners across India. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate partners" and internal stakeholders" business requirements, anticipate future needs, identify areas for enhancement and innovation, and focus on enhancing performance and competitiveness in the market by offering quick and unified integration solutions. Your key roles and responsibilities will include: - Evaluating partners" and internal stakeholders" business requirements, anticipating needs, and identifying areas for improvement. - Project planning, management, and ensuring timely delivery. - Developing unified integration solutions. - Understanding integration requirements from partners and internal stakeholders. - Creating business requirement documents (BRD) and change requests documents (CR). - Communicating requirements to the Technology team. - Coordinating with various departments to ensure end-to-end and timely delivery. - Governance and conducting regular health checks of the projects delivered. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager. - Proficiency in project planning, management, and ensuring timely delivery. - Experience in requirement gathering and creating BRD/CR documents. - Ability to liaise with various departments for end-to-end and timely project delivery. - Strong governance skills and conducting regular health checks of the projects. - Excellent presentation skills.
