Role & responsibilities

Packaging Development & Optimization
Regulatory & Documentation
Artwork & Change Control Management
Vendor Management & Material Qualification
Cross-Functional Coordination
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Leading the complete packaging development function for all dosage forms (tablets, capsules, injectables, soft gels, powders, etc.) across regulated and semi-regulated markets.
The role ensures development, optimization, qualification, and commercialization of packaging materials that meet regulatory, quality, supply chain, and customer requirements.
The position also leads artwork management, technical support to manufacturing sites, packaging vendor development, and implementation of cost-saving initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

12-18 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging development.
Strong exposure to regulated markets (US, EU) and semi-regulated markets.
Hands-on experience with blister, bottle, foil, cartons, injectables, and flexible packaging.
Experience in artwork management, supplier development, GMP, and documentation
