Job Description

As a Structural Design Engineer at our company, your role involves preparing quote estimates for clients, checking design jobs and quote estimates of other estimators, and preparing reaction sheets and foundation details during estimates. You will be responsible for analyzing and designing steel structures, preparing connection details, and creating complete design packages using software such as Staad.PRO v8i, ASFAD, and EZ-build. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare design estimates for assigned jobs - Design structural steel buildings (P.E.B.) based on client requirements - Conduct pre-design work at the proposal stage to ensure cost-effectiveness - Create detailed designs of all components in the final design report - Ensure compliance with customer requirements, structural stability, design safety, and relevant codes at optimal cost - Design buildings and structures using specified codes, specifications, and procedures Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent education from a recognized institution - 8-15 years of experience in structural design engineering In this role, you will also need to maintain proper coordination with clients, participate in design meetings, and attend client meetings as required. Your expertise in structural design and proficiency in using design software will be key to your success in this position.,
