2.Maintaining SQIPPH on a daily basis helps measure workforce productivity. 3.Daily monitoring of the process for product rejection and conducting analysis is crucial for maintaining product quality and reducing defects. 4.Daily tracking of machine and tool breakdowns is necessary to ensure uninterrupted production processes. 5..Ensuring the maintenance of 6s (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) and 3r (Rejection, Rework, Repair) principles in both plants is essential for organized and efficient operations. 6.Handling manpower and balancing production lines are important aspects of managing the workforce effectively. 7.Daily oversight of shop floor activities helps ensure that production processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
1.Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs for all machinery and equipment to ensure their reliability and longevity.
2.Responding promptly to equipment breakdowns, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing effective measures to minimize downtime. 3.Prioritizing and maintaining a safe working environment for both personnel and machines, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. 4.Managing and optimizing electricity and fuel costs to control operational expenses effectively. 5.Cultivating and nurturing relationships with suppliers to facilitate the procurement of spare parts, both for breakdown situations and design and development projects. 6.Conducting thorough maintenance inspections and overseeing the operation of standby equipment to guarantee its readiness and proper functionality, contributing to uninterrupted operations.
1.Facilitate daily morning meetings with the team to discuss objectives, tasks, and provide guidance.
2.Review the daily opening of lots to ensure proper setup for production. 3.Coordinate with executives to receive material reservations in accordance with the production plan. 4.Collaborate with the store department to manage lots based on the received reservations. 5.Engage with sub shops and in-house logistics to ensure the availability of materials for the same-day plan. 6.Review and address any shortages identified in the lots. 7.Ensure the timely feeding of materials on all production lines according to the plan. 8.Conduct line-wise rejection reviews to monitor and improve product quality. 9.Perform regular 5S and 3R (Rejection, Rework, Repair) reviews on all production lines. 10.Explore innovations and best practices and implement them to enhance operational efficiency. 11.Review the Finished Goods (FG) area and arrange it as per the requirements of each production line. 12.Hold review meetings with the Head of Department (HOD) to discuss progress and address issues. 13.Conduct morning meetings with workers to communicate daily goals and tasks. 14.Review the daily opening of lots and ensure their readiness for production. 15.Receive material reservations from executives as per the production plan.
