The institute is looking to fill positions in the following functional areas: **Accounting, Economics and Finance:** Candidates should be able to teach courses in Banking, Economics, Finance, and Accounting. **Communication, Social Sciences and Humanities:** Proficiency in English Language, Anthropology, and Sociology is required. **Information Systems and Analytics:** Candidates should have expertise in areas such as Cybersecurity, AI & Machine Learning, Analytics, IT Risk Management, IT Consulting, Business Analysis, and Digital Transformation. **Marketing:** Proficiency in Business to Business Marketing, Personal Selling, Product Management, Services Marketing, and Sales Force Management is required. **Operations and Decision Sciences:** Candidates should be able to teach Managerial Statistics, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, and Operations Management courses. **Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management:** Proficiency in Organisation Design & Structure, Business Leadership, and Human Resource Management is required. **Strategy:** Candidates should have expertise in areas such as Strategy, International Business, Consulting, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, and Circular Economy Solutions. Eligibility criteria include a PhD (or equivalent) in the relevant area, demonstrated teaching excellence, a strong research track record, and academic administration experience.
