The Associate Sales Manager - Bharat Banking at Axis Bank plays a crucial role in managing a large cluster and collaborating to support and contribute to the bank's strategy. The primary objective is to achieve operations excellence, deploy systems effectively, and help build the channel within the company guidelines to meet business targets. Key responsibilities of the role include maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as the Axis Circle Head, Circle Business Managers, Segment Heads, and Branch Heads. This involves strategic relationship management with Branch Heads to achieve business targets and establish a progressive partnership with the bank. The Associate Sales Manager also provides inputs to the CRM, drives the Maxis 2020 agenda, ensures E Sales & 2020 process adherence, and conducts performance analysis and mentoring sessions with the team. Furthermore, the role involves co-creating recognition platforms, liaising with the training team for product training, ensuring alignment with focused business parameters, and deploying the BOLD system to the team. The Associate Sales Manager is also responsible for driving the Axis 2.0 Vision, monitoring LMS activity, and implementing bank staff contests to accelerate revenue generation. Success in this role is measured by various metrics including business plan achievement, seller activation, new business margin, persistency, E Sales 2020 process adherence, retention rates, and customer centricity and satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this position should possess key competencies in relationship management, leading people, and effective process management. A Master of Business Administration or equivalent degree, along with 5 to 7 years of experience in Distribution and Channel Management, is preferred. Result orientation, customer centricity, technical expertise, managerial expertise, problem-solving skills, and role modeling core values are also essential for success in this role. The Associate Sales Manager - Bharat Banking will report to the Regional Head and work within the Bharat Banking department at Axis Bank in Patna. The team size for this role is approximately 12-15 DRs.
