Manager - UI Frontend Lead

You are a skilled React Front-End Developer with 9 years of experience, specializing in React, TypeScript, Redux, Redux Toolkit (RTK), UI/UX standards, and micro front-end development. Your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and user-friendly web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality front-end solutions, ensuring seamless integration with back-end services, and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes. Your key responsibilities include developing, testing, and maintaining responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and Redux. You will also implement robust state management solutions using Redux and RTK, collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into high-quality code, design and implement micro front-end architectures, optimize front-end performance, maintain code quality through clean and well-documented code, work closely with back-end developers and stakeholders, implement and maintain tests for application stability, and continuously improve development processes by staying updated with industry trends and proposing enhancements. To excel in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in front-end development with expertise in React, Redux, and TypeScript. You should also be familiar with AI tools such as Github Copilot for development acceleration. Technical skills required include proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, Redux, RTK, micro front-end architecture, UI/UX design principles, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), RESTful APIs, Git, NodeJs, npm or yarn. Additionally, soft skills like problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, agility, and eagerness to learn are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries, testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress, CI/CD pipelines, web accessibility standards, server-side rendering (SSR), and static site generation (SSG).
