Manager - Treasury Systems

As a highly motivated and ambitious candidate, you have the opportunity to join the Treasury team of Puma Energy in Mumbai, India. The role involves setting up a new function within the company. Puma Energy is a global integrated midstream and downstream oil company operating in nearly 40 countries. Key Responsibilities: - Realize the digital strategy by designing and implementing new software solutions for treasury and risk management processes. - Administer Treasury IT-systems to ensure availability, resilience, and efficiency of treasury processes. - Manage or support cross-functional projects related to system integration and automation. - Advise and support internal and external stakeholders such as auditors, regulatory authorities, and software providers. - Handle daily operations for trade lifecycle, system and user management. - Support the implementation of a cash flow forecasting system and integration of cash flow forecast information into an FX exposure management system. - Enhance the quality of bank statement information and visibility of cash balances across global bank accounts. - Define and implement best practices for treasury processes. - Stay updated on market/product developments and treasury technology advancements. - Conduct internal trainings on system functionalities. - Promote cybersecurity risk awareness and identify countermeasures. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury or Treasury Consulting. - Knowledge in Treasury Management, Treasury Management Systems & Bank Connectivity. - Experience in implementing treasury management systems, especially Kyriba. - Relevant professional qualifications, including a master's degree. - Willingness to travel. - Team player with a growth mindset and openness to work in a dynamic environment. - Familiarity with financial instruments and their valuation. - Proven track record in designing and implementing Treasury services, particularly in international projects. - Fluent in English. - Strong growth mindset with a self-starter attitude and ability to take on new responsibilities.,
