Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant, located in Kochi. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients about their travel needs, managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Day-to-day tasks include planning itineraries, booking flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services, as well as resolving client issues and providing travel advice.

Qualifications

# Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and making Travel Arrangements

# Strong Customer Service skills and proficiency in handling Reservations

# Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

# Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

# Knowledge of the travel industry and travel booking systems is preferred

# High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Travel, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
