Manager TPA

You will be working as a Manager TPA at RJN Apollo Spectra Hospital in Gwalior, where you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations associated with managing Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) for the facility. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the activities of Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) for the hospital - Ensure smooth coordination and communication between the hospital and TPAs - Monitor and evaluate the performance of TPAs to ensure quality service delivery - Implement strategies to optimize TPA operations and improve efficiency Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Medicine and Nursing skills - Strong Patient Care and Caregiving skills - Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with TPAs and internal teams - Previous experience in healthcare administration would be an advantage - A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or a related field is preferred,
