Role : The CHRO Office Intern will provide valuable support to the HR team on a variety of projects and initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a highlymotivated and inquisitive individual to gain practical experience in a fast-paced and dynamic HR environment. Responsibilities: Assist in the execution of HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys, engagement connects, recognition process. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and generate reports. Conduct research on industry best practices, HR trends, and relevant legislation. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
