Job Location: New Delhi, India (Domestic and International travel as per business requirements)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Techno-Commercial Executive to join our Marketing & Business Development team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales, market expansion, and technical-commercial support of specialty ingredients for the cosmetic and personal care sector.
Key Responsibilities:
A.) Market Intelligence & Strategy
-Identify and map potential customers across India. Gather and analyze market data, customer trends, and competitor activity.
-Track global technological trends that can influence the cosmetic industry.
-Regularly collect customer insights and feedback to enhance market positioning.
B.) Customer Relationship Management
-Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
-Provide ongoing support for customer queries, product requirements, and commercial discussions.
C) -Direct Sales & Business Development
-Explore new markets, applications, and product segments.
-Leverage existing contacts to create cross-selling opportunities.
-Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.
-Participate in industry exhibitions and represent UDPL in various business forums.
-Meet and exceed sales targets and assist in creating sales and marketing strategies.
-Prepare client visit reports, update project status, and maintain all commercial records. Coordinate with technical and supply teams for product trials and new product development (NPD).
Candidate Requirements:
Educational Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech (Cosmetics), B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or related fields)
Experience: Over 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing roles within the Cosmetic & Personal Care industry
Skills & Traits:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients and formulations
o Well-presented with a dynamic personality
o Highly motivated and target-driven
