As the Manager of Technical Due Diligence and Asset Management at CANDI, you will be at the forefront of the solar energy revolution in India. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating technical due diligence activities for assets involved in mergers and acquisitions - Organizing site visits and testing procedures - Maintaining a well-organized dataroom - Evaluating the completeness and quality of documentation - Analyzing historical performance data - Conducting independent simulations using software like Helioscope and PVsyst - Developing realistic yield budgets and operation & maintenance cost budgets - Implementing plant modifications for performance enhancement - Creating retrofit plans - Collaborating with stakeholders for Asset Management Operations The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in Rooftop Solar PV O&M, Asset Management, or Project installation, in addition to a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Proficiency in software tools such as PVsyst, Helioscope, Google SketchUp, and AutoCAD is mandatory, along with basic computer skills and reporting capabilities. Experience in solar performance analytics, O&M cost estimations, and a willingness to travel to various sites are crucial. Exposure to HT networks and transformer maintenance would be advantageous.
