Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end hiring for our non-tech function and drive leadership hiring for critical roles. You’ll also be responsible for managing a small team of 1 to 2 recruiters and ensuring high-quality, timely hiring delivery aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for non-tech and leadership roles across verticals Build a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics Create hiring strategies to meet fast-paced growth targets while maintaining high-quality standards Conduct detailed candidate screening, behavioral and competency-based interviews, and stakeholder alignment Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters to ensure effective delivery and performance Track and manage key hiring metrics (TAT, source mix, quality of hire, etc.) Own candidate experience from application to onboarding Collaborate closely with HRBPs and business heads on workforce planning, succession pipelines, and talent insights Maintain strong vendor relationships and leverage external partners as needed Requirements: 5–7 years of total experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1 years in a managerial or team lead capacity Strong experience in hiring for non-tech functions and mid to senior-level/leadership roles Proven ability to manage stakeholders across levels and business units Experience using ATS and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills Strong analytical and decision-making skills Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus Why Join Us?
