The Assistant Manager-Strategy & Transformation position in Bangalore requires candidates with 3 to 9 years of relevant experience, holding an MBA qualification (Full Time is compulsory). Reporting to the Manager-Business Transformation, you will be an Individual Contributor proficient in English and Hindi languages. The industry focus is on FMCD/Consumer Durable/Electrical & FMCG/FMEG/Luggage/Building Material/Automobile. Your key responsibilities include creating program visibility for the MD, managing initiative-specific tracking, overseeing execution of critical modules, identifying risks and delays, consolidating and analyzing data for actionable insights, maintaining dashboards and visualizations for monitoring KPIs, facilitating alignment sessions with stakeholders, documenting key decisions, ensuring data consistency across reports, and creating visibility for the program. The ideal candidate must possess good communication skills, clarity of thought regarding strategy, stable employment history, strong exposure to Sales/Manufacturing/SCM, and strong data analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel. Candidates with IT or Digital experience will not be considered, and local candidates are preferred. Candidates with a 30 to 45-day notice period will be considered for this role.,
