Manager - Strategic Projects

As a New Business Development / Growth Head at our client, a 150-year-old business conglomerate based in Chennai, you will be responsible for: - Leading special projects, IPO, private equity, and structured debt/equity raise - Developing strategic partnerships and joint ventures - Managing end-to-end transactions and conducting financial modeling - Structuring deals and collaborating with investment bankers, tax/legal advisors - Preparing term sheets, reviewing transaction documents, and negotiating deals for successful closure To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Strong project management and logical & analytical thinking abilities - Demonstrated commercial acumen and risk assessment skills - Superior negotiation and people management skills - Hold an MBA from a premier institution - Have comprehensive deal experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, JVs, and fund-raising activities - Accumulate around 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, VC/PE, family office, or corporate strategy - Preference for locally based or native candidates in Chennai/Tamil Nadu Join our team to drive growth and innovation in the dynamic landscape of business development and investment management.,
