Job Description

As a Commercial Excellence Manager, your role involves designing target and incentive structures to drive organizational priorities and business outcomes. You will be responsible for identifying levers to enhance the effectiveness of incentive structures and improve the current process of target setting. Additionally, conducting regular assessments of field force deployment to enhance productivity and defining KPIs/KRAs for improved field force productivity will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Design target and incentive structures to drive organization priorities & business outcomes - Identify levers to enhance the effectiveness of incentive structures and improve the process of target setting - Conduct regular assessments of field force deployment to improve productivity - Define and implement different GTM models for Modern trade, E-commerce, Gx-Gx - Define KPIs/KRAs to improve field force productivity - Synthesize IQVIA, SMSRC, and internal data to propose/correct doctor visit lists based on specialty focus - Conduct business analytics to translate data into actionable insights - Engage with external partners and agencies for market insights and intelligence In terms of Business Performance & Projects, you will be required to design and implement projects independently with complete responsibility. Moreover, your proficiency in handling SFA and dashboarding tools like Qlikview and Power BI will be essential for effective project management. Sales Force Effectiveness will be a significant focus area where you will drive the identification of training needs and capability building for the field force at all levels. Collaborating with the training team to design programs as per training needs assessment and business requirements will be part of your responsibilities. Qualification & Skill Set: - MBA from a premier Institute - 5-7 years of experience in management consulting with exposure in FMCG/Pharma, OR - 5-7 years of experience in Commercial excellence role in FMCG/Pharma industry - Strong implementation and execution mindset with a track record in implementing large-scale projects Your expertise in commercial excellence, project management, and sales force effectiveness will play a crucial role in driving business performance and achieving organizational goals effectively.,
