Manager / Senior Manager - Corporate Strategy

As a Project Manager in this role, you will be responsible for project planning and execution. This includes developing comprehensive project plans, defining scope objectives, and deliverables. You will manage budgets and ensure successful project execution. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor and groom a team of analysts, monitor project performance, conduct financial analysis, manage stakeholders, and drive innovation and problem-solving initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive project plans for assigned tracks and ensure successful execution - Define scope objectives, deliverables, create detailed timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets effectively - Work closely with cross-functional teams, Infosys delivery team, and external consulting firms for seamless project planning and execution - Mentor and groom a team of analysts, align team members with organizational goals, and encourage professional growth - Track and report on project milestones, provide regular updates to stakeholders, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions - Monitor budgets, evaluate financial impacts, and assess cost-effectiveness of solutions during project execution - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, communicate initiative status, risks, and opportunities effectively - Cultivate a culture of innovation, encourage creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, and implement innovative solutions to address complex problems Qualification Required: - Preferred skills in Foundational, Strategy, and Strategic Thinking,
