Role & responsibilities

Good Knowledge on product of Mechanical system in vehicle like Heavy fabrication, cooling system , Hydraulic system , Material specification and standard etc )

To create and implement vendor development strategies - Responsible for designing and executing strategies to identify and nurture potential vendors. This involves conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying potential vendors that align with the organization's objectives.

To Ensure vendor compliance with company standards and regulations - responsible for ensuring that vendors comply with the company's standards, practices, and regulatory requirements

Good Knowledge of APQP /PPAP process on new product development

Good Knowledge of procurement and supply chain management: - strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, Purchase order creation, and industry best practices is essential

To Manage vendor relationships and conflicts: - proactively address conflicts and resolve them through effective communication and negotiation skills.

To keep up with changes in the industry and market trends---: must stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.

Very good knowledge of ERP, SAP and Microsoft word & Exell
