Manager, SAP Technical Integration

You will be working as a Manager, SAP Technical Integration in a global healthcare biopharma company based in Hyderabad. Your role will involve designing, implementing, customizing, and maintaining SAP systems within the organization. You will need to utilize technical and functional expertise to ensure effective integration and alignment of SAP solutions with business processes. Collaboration with IT teams and business stakeholders is crucial to optimize the performance and functionality of SAP applications, supporting business objectives and operational efficiency. - Design and implement integration solutions using SAP BTP iPaaS capabilities. - Develop interfaces for real-time and batch integration across SAP and non-SAP systems. - Utilize SAP Integration Suite for building robust integration solutions. - Implement event-driven architectures using SAP Event Mesh or other event streaming technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze integration requirements. - Translate business needs into technical designs and integration workflows. - Ensure integration compliance with security standards, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices. - Manage data flow governance and error handling mechanisms. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration processes for performance, uptime, and data accuracy. - Conduct health checks and implement proactive measures for continuous improvement. - Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes and configurations. - Advocate for process automation and digital transformation initiatives within the organization. - Work within a matrix organizational structure, reporting to functional and project managers. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite. - Proficiency in developing integrations between SAP ECC/S4HANA and non-SAP systems. - Knowledge of integration patterns, authentication, and authorization protocols. - Familiarity with JSON, XML, XSLT, REST, and SOA. - Experience with SAP Event Mesh, BTP Extension Suite, or SAP CAP. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for SAP integration projects. - Exposure to other middleware platforms like MuleSoft or Boomi is a plus. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.,
