Main Purpose of the Job: In the role of a technology lead at Firstsource, you will be instrumental in developing end-to-end automation process solutions that align with business requirements. Your responsibilities will include working within project planning constraints, owning the development of solutions, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Key Accountabilities: - Demonstrated experience in enterprise-level RPA development and implementation using UiPath & Power Platform - Planning and executing development strategies for projects of various scales, considering existing RPA programs and future growth opportunities - Designing and developing RPA process solutions in adherence to standard design principles and best practices - Creating and maintaining solution documentation - Supporting business teams in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end testing, and UAT - Troubleshooting issues in automation processes and implementing process redesign as needed - Leading the analysis of RPA incidents and process exceptions with a focus on root cause analysis Qualifications: - UiPath & Power Platform Developer Accreditation - Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering Experience: - Implementation experience of a minimum of 3 processes using Automation Anywhere - Minimum of 4 years of coding experience in languages such as .net, VBA, SQL, HTML, C# - Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages including Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel Essential Skill Set: - Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking - Proficient in computing concepts and RPA development methodologies - Ability to manage tasks for multiple projects with overlapping schedules - Excellent understanding of workflow logic and the ability to conceptualize automated solutions - Motivated, adaptable, and resilient with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable with excellent time management skills Disclaimer: Firstsource maintains a fair, transparent, and merit-based hiring process.
