Manager - Regulatory Compliance

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Axiom solutions to automate financial reporting processes and ensure regulatory compliance. Your role will involve collaborating with finance and regulatory teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Axiom platform. Additionally, you will configure and customize Axiom modules to meet specific business needs, perform data analysis and reconciliation, troubleshoot issues, develop documentation, provide training to end users, and stay informed about industry trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement Axiom solutions for automating financial reporting and ensuring regulatory compliance. - Collaborate with finance and regulatory teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Axiom platform. - Configure and customize Axiom modules to meet specific business needs, including data mapping, validation rules, and report generation. - Perform data analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within the Axiom platform. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Axiom functionality, data integration, and reporting discrepancies. - Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and process documentation. - Provide training and support to end users to enhance their proficiency with the Axiom platform. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and Axiom software updates.
