As a Referral Marketing Professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Hospital/Pharma/Diagnostic industry, you will be responsible for: - Developing and implementing referral marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer referrals. - Collaborating with internal teams to create referral programs that align with the company's objectives. - Analyzing referral data and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. - Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to maximize referral opportunities.
