Note: Experience in High End Residential Projects.

Job Description:

• Oversee and enforce QA/QC standards for luxury residential construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure top-tier finishes and compliance with specifications.
• Identify and manage quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and prevention.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to uphold consistent, high-end workmanship.
• Maintain detailed QA/QC documentation and support project close-out procedures.
