Manager (QA/ Tester)

As a Technology - Software - Manager (QA/ Tester) at MCX in Mumbai, your role will involve managing and testing applications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Test Automation framework - Gather Test Requirements - Lead testing activities - Propose Test Automation solutions - Lead the functional and automation team in specific projects - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards - Lead projects scrum, sprint planning, demos, and result walk-through - Develop and drive framework development for assigned projects - Handle automation framework development from scratch using various tools Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience - Strong skills in Test Automation framework development - Experience in executing complex projects - Domain expertise in Capital Markets/Stock Exchange/Broking House - Familiarity with Functional & automation and performance knowledge, including TCP low latency API, kafka, Database testing, DWH jasper reports, and SQL queries - Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) - Understanding of Commodity/capital markets, including Trading, clearing, settlement, Risk management, and financial instruments - Experience in TDD/BDD test approach - Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools like Jira/Zephyr, Selenium, UFT, Qualitia, Maven, cucumber, and TestNG - Efficiency in scripting languages like Java, C#, Python If you excel in the above areas and are looking for exciting and challenging career opportunities, MCX is the place for you to realize your potential.
